Kyūshi is a Japanese word meaning ‘pause’. It is also the name of a brand of skincare products combining powerful essential oils and plant oils. Every ingredient is carefully selected for particular purpose. The application of Kyūshi is as important as the product itself. Focusing on one action at a time and giving it absolute attention, Kyūshi establishes a ritual, a moment of peace.
For Kyūshi, we conceived a genderless brand that a visual language that conveys comfort and balance. We developed an all-encompassing visual identity: from the logo, to the design of labels, shipping packaging and e-shop. Each line of products is colour-coded using a palette the hints at the natural ingredients of each blend.
